My Husband's First Book

I spent this morning working on the first cover design for one of my husband's manuscripts. I have a lot more work to do on the manuscript itself, in terms of formatting, typesetting and editing the manuscript; so instead, spent the day doing the fun stuff--design work.  This will be volume one of many to follow.  It contains poems and songs written by my husband which where inspired as a direct result of both reading articles and books written by; and reading or hearing sermons preached by, the men pictured above.

Any of you who are familiar with my writing will be glad to hear that I won't be doing the final proof reading of the manuscript.  We will be having someone who is actually gifted in that area.

Some of the faces may not be familiar to many of the readers of this blog.  They are two of Michael's former pastors from Beacon Baptist in North Carolina (Greg Barkman and Mike Karns) and one of our current pastors here in California at Immanuel Baptist Church (Robert Briggs).
